Security of sensitive data

We have established and rigorous security measures in place, both online and offline, in order to protect sensitive data from mailing list members and customers.

For online security:
All transactions are encrypted with full 128-bit encryption (or 40-bit if your browser does not support 128-bit) and carried out via the secure server of WorldPay, the professional and trusted credit card payment processor we use.

On the page that collects a shopper's credit card payment details, the shopper will be connected to a secure server.

Shopper's will see this sign in the lower right corner of the page:

They will also notice that the URL prefix is "https://" instead of the usual "http://". The addition of the "s" indicates that you are on a secure server and can safely submit credit card details.

It means that your credit card information will be protected from unauthorized access. Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive an email within seconds confirming the details of your order. You can print this email out as your receipt.

Customer information stored in our online database is protected from hacking attempts by industrial strength firewall software and database protection measures. We are constantly upgrading our systems as new technology becomes available in order to maintain very high levels of online security and data integrity.

For offline security:
Employees with access to customer information or other sensitive information are not permitted to remove this information from our office premises at any time. We limit the number of employees with access to sensitive information to the minimum required to provide top-notch service to our customers and members.
