The perforating tool butterfly has 6 needles in the shape of an abstract butterfly and is ideal to use for perforating borders. The 2 outer needles are slightly longer than the other needles, this allows you to re-insert more easily but also to make an opposite perforation. When these perforations are cut out along the card outline a beautiful even scalloped edge will appear. The tool is also very suitable for creating separate elements on a card or project. Naturally, this perforating tool can be used in combination with other perforating tools. The embossing tool wheel is suitable for embossing wavy lines. The wheel smoothly "rides" over the parchment paper leaving a wavy dotted line. The embossing wheel can be used on any of your creations without the need of a pattern. It constantly embosses an even relief, which may act as an outline or decorative line but also as a ribbon on a flower piece, ocean waves or as a clouded sky. The (improved) white pencil is ideal for tracing patterns. Only use this pencil if the line needs to be removed later. The white gel pen is ideal for tracing patterns on parchment paper, it is especially developed for Pergamano® enthusiast who have difficulties tracing with tinta white and a mapping pen. The gel pen draws with a very fine line and dries quickly. To get the best result it is important that the parchment paper is free from grease. Use an anti-static/powder pad, a dryer sheet or some white spirit to remove grease from the parchment paper. While tracing with the gel pen white lay an embossing mat underneath the parchment paper. The soft surface will make the pen glide smoothly across the paper.

 P41176  Perforating Ruler
The Pergamano perforating ruler is a very convenient tool to use for perforating. There where the paper would normally be lifted during this technique, the perforating ruler will make sure that the paper stays in place. Place the perforating ruler on the parchment paper and position your fingers around the opening on the ruler. Then perforate in the opening between your fingers. You will notice that by using the ruler the parchment paper will remain free from any spots that are caused by sweat, moist or grease. When using multiple-needled perforating tools in combination with the perforating ruler it is possible to perforate closer to the edge without leaving creases on the paper. At all times, the paper will remain perfectly smooth and in place. The ruler contains metric and inch markings. The ruler is made from durable and transparent material, so that you can always keep a good view on your work and makes it easy to position. The ruler is ‘frosted’, to ensure an extra firm grip. Attach your project to the magnetic board in a snap using the magnetic strips. From now on tape has become unnecessary because with the four magnetic strips you’ll never have to worry again about slipping of the parchment paper and/or pattern during tracing or painting.  In M86 Garden Cards with Perga Colours Exclusive, special attention is given to the technique of painting with #21431 Perga Colours Exclusive (PCE's). The six cards are designed and created by registered Pergamano teacher Anja Bakker (NL). On some of the cards, she uses tinta ink, pintura paint and perga liners. All designs are very feminine and elegant and each have their own exceptional decorative border. Additionally, different colour mediums are used on the cards.  No less than eight bookmarks flaunt the cover of M89 special bookmarks! Four Pergamano authors have contributed to this magazine, each of them created 2 bookmarks with one particular technique. Hiskia Wittenaar (NL) chose to create them with the one-stroke painting technique, Mieke Sprenger (NL) painted the bookmarks with perga colours exclusive, Rosa Alexis (AUS) created beautiful white work bookmarks and Tatsue Shibata (JAP) also chose to paint them but she used pintura, tinta and pinta perla. All bookmarks fit into the Pergamano bookmark sleeves, of which a free sample is included in this magazine! Sara Keen (UK), also known from M74 and M80, shows her talents once again in this beautiful magazine M90. Her fan designs are created by three different Pergamano authors/teachers; Hiskia Wittenaar, Nettie Kramer and Olga Laenen. On each fan a certain painting technique is applied, among which the one stroke painting technique, painting with perga liners and with pintura. White work is also included in her designs. The rose is the main subject on each of the fans and the beautiful colours of ink and paint that are used truly do them justice.
