Description: Stumpwork, also known as Raised Embroidery, is a form of embroidery popular in Britain in the 17th Century. This form of embroidery creates a 3 dimensional effect, by using wire, padding, beads, motifs etc. Our beginners class introduces the use of wire to create a 3D flower, bringing it to life. The finished effect is quite stunning.
